PROJECT BLIXEM : The Vortex Valve Tube Cylinder Head fitted onto a 3 Cylinder Daewoo Matiz. Improvements: 1: Aftermarket Management system. 2: Direct fuel injection. (Ethanol- E85) 3: Waste spark system. 4: Multi-Spark ignition. |
PROJECT BLIXEM : This prototype ( Daewoo Matiz )was financed and built in a small workshop in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa with limited resources and technical support. Further testing includes all bio-fuels and possably natural gasses. HYBRID: My electrical generating divice will be fitted with electrical motor(s) for the back wheels. NO BATTERIES to store Energy. |
NEW PROJECT: We are currently manufacturing our Vortex Valve Tube for a VW Beetle air-cooled boxer motor that we plan to test for the Aero Industrie.

The first project (Project BliXem) is a Daewoo Matiz 3-Cylinder Korean made car. We removed the cylinder head and replace it with our own manufactured Vortex Valve Cylinder Head with the following improvements. v Unique Vortex system (build-in Turbo) v Engine management system v Waste spark system v Direct fuel injection (E85 bio-fuel, petrol and gas) vaporizing technique v Mutli- spark ignition v Variable timing adjustment. v No friction design v Reduce heat in operation v No operating power needed v The Vortex Valve Tube design incorporates: v Vortex operation that success air into the Cylinder and v Forces CO2 gasses out of the combustion area. v The port openings cover 60% of the piston surface for intake and exhaust, v Ports stay open for more than piston movement, 190 degrees, v Only one moving part , the concept contains only 3 parts, v Replaces the 125 moving parts on a conventional cylinder head, v Using higher compression ratios, v Using Bio-Fuel or natural gas, v Using new technology materials. After all the above changes were made to our Prototype vehicle, the Engine did start but would nut run long enough to test; and the reasons are: o The new management system cut the fuel pump power supply. (Supplier/fitter not qualified) o Using sub-grade Bio-fuel blend (Can not find quality grade Ethanol for testing and a permit is required) We have decided to halt this project and simplified the operation till we can successfully run the engine and then add the other changes one-by-one. Status on project: 1. We halted the first project (Project BliXem) a Daewoo Matiz 3-Cylinder Korean made car for the above mentioned reasons. 2. We are currently busy with a more versatile Engine that we can use for Aviation application as well, we purchased an Air-cooled boxer 4-cylinder engine for this project. This engine can then be utilized for Automotive and Aviation purposes. We also re-build this motor with new parts. 3. The Electrical generating device will be addressed once the first stage is successful. I have unlimited access to an Engineering/tool making factory (Mic`d & Measured) where we manufacture all parts necessary for this venture.
